Alterations and additions made to this inner-city terrace were undertaken in response to the occupants’ changing needs. This comprehensive renovation did away with now unused kids play areas in favour of more mature environments befitting the evolving needs of our clients. 

Focussing on the rear, ground level of the building, our brief was to redefine this space as an entertaining zone with consideration for the owners’ love of art and music. 

By moving steelwork in the roof and removing walls we were able to create greater, brighter interior volumes that showcased art, improved internal flow and created better connection between the house and its redesigned gardens.
