The consultation is a virtual meeting hosted on Microsoft Teams. You will be emailed a calendar invite when you book in your session and with a meeting link attached. Prior to the meeting you will be required to complete a short briefing document. This document will give us a general understanding of what you wish to achieve with your project and ensures that the meeting is efficient.

Yes, the consultations are offered worldwide! We have worked with happy customers from Australia, New Zealand, the US, South America, the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and more.

We work with plans everyday, it is our language. We often find the meetings to be more productive when we focus on your brief rather than walking through your house. It is in understanding your brief we can better understand how best to assist and move your project forward. Prior to the meeting we will request you to send through any floor plans you have of the property. This can be real estate, hand drawn or professionally documented floor plans. We will also conduct our own research as well and are often able to understand the general layout of your home through past real estate listings and or Google maps.

Georgina Wilson will attend this meeting accompanied by an experienced associate of GWA. Prior to the meeting we will also confirm the attendees on your end.

We reserve four sessions a week on Tuesday and Wednesday for consultations. We are happy to accommodate with your time zone as long as it falls within our general office hours. If you are interested in booking in a Virtual Consultation but would like a time better suited to your local time zone, please complete the form and a member of our team will reach out and schedule in a time.

At the conclusion of the consultation you will receive an email within 24 hours with our proposal. Our proposals are tailored to best suit the needs of your specific project and brief. During the meeting we will also be taking notes on any key items that you would like to achieve with your project and we will provide a summary as part of the proposal.

Our virtual consultation is just a chance to talk directly about the particular needs of your site and project. This meeting give you the opportunity to clarify your brief and scope of works to ensure that we are all on the same page before moving forward. Given some projects may have complex needs, we find this meeting to be very important and helpful.
