What we require from you to begin:

• Send us your current floor plans with dimensions and north point. Please feel free to mark up or comment on the existing floor plan drawing.

• Download and fill in the AAA Architectural Return Brief.

• Please note, that any comments made outside of the brief, such as email communications will not be included in the design process.

• We provide a floor plan layout for your home.
