DARWIN INNOVATION HUB

At nearly 2500sqm, this first floor corporate fit out is housed within one of Darwin CBD’s most iconic buildings. Tired and outdated, Georgina Wilson Associates were engaged to refurbish and revitalise the space so that it would better support its use as an innovation and business development centre. A joint venture between Paspalis, Charles Darin University and NT Government and AusIndustry, it was central to our comprehensive upgrade that the facility be transformed into a state-of-the-art business hub. Through replanning and attention to flexible work practices, GWA’s vision for the space has better-commercialised the floor plate by improving the user experience -  the building now operating in a new and improved capacity. Commissioned works by Injalak Arts community in Arnhem Land adorn the space.
