A suite of support services to help you find the best solution for your home, whether it’s a whole floor of your house, one room, or even a focused area such as the cooking and cleaning area of your kitchen.

Our mantra is always ‘do it once and do it right’, and with our bespoke Layout Services you can achieve great functionality, efficiency, joy, and value in your home.

It's a simple step-by-step process! Pick and choose the elements that work for you from the steps below. You can stop at any point, finishing with valuable layout plans to support your individual renovation project:

Step 1: Plan Layout Service

Timeframe: Two weeks delivery from submission of application

Cost: $1000 AUD → $900 AUD

What we need from you:

 

Deliverables:

  • We will provide two layout plans to choose from, that meet your brief.

Step 2: Elevation Layout Service

Timeframe: Two weeks delivery from submission of application

Cost: $2000 AUD → $1800 AUD

​

What we need from you:

  • You will have to complete Step 1.

  • You have approved Step 1, but want to take our support further with more detailed plans and elevations.

​

Deliverables:

  • We provide outline elevations of the key views of your room / space.

Step 3: Elevation Mood Service

Timeframe: Two weeks delivery from submission of application

Cost: $3000 AUD → $2700 AUD

What we will need from you:

  • You will have to completed Step 1 and Step 2.

  • You have approved Step 2, but would like to confirm your preferred aesthetic for the space.

  • Send us your inspiration pictures, palettes and or other precedents. This will give us a better understanding of what you envision the finishes of the space will be.

  • Alternatively you can use our prefilled schedules Look One - Modern Contemporary Luxe.

Deliverables:

  • We provided coloured in Step 2 elevations with your selected finishes.

Step 4: Full Builder Ready Service

Timeframe: Two weeks delivery from submission of application

Cost: $4000 AUD → $3600 AUD

​

What we will need from you:

  • You will have to completed Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3.

  • This package is designed as a brief for your builder and will make the process smooth and clearer.

​

Deliverables:

  • We provide fully dimensioned, cross referenced plan and elevation drawings.

  • These drawings align with your chosen schedules.
